Alliance Contracting in Health and Social Care: A Practical Guide to Commissioning for Collaboration

Our founder Director Linda Hutchinson has recently published a book on her work developing collaborative commissioning. Alliance Contracting in Health and Social Care is a practical guide that takes readers through every stage of developing collaboration and co-ordination of service provision. It features detailed examples of alliances across the UK and contains useful tips and advice.

Following the success of our first two cohorts, we’re excited to announce that applications are now open for the next round of our Commissioning with Communities programme.

In collaboration with our partners, Co-Production Collective, UCL and Collaborate CIC we’ve designed this six-session online programme to support commissioners who want to do things differently. The programme blends input, peer learning, and practical support to help you develop your commissioning practice and and help you influence and embed this within your organisation.
