Who has access to your information?
We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other organisations or companies. We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.
We share information such as attendee lists to events, or survey responses with partner organisations who are working on those events or surveys with us and this will be clearly stated when entering your information.
When we conduct surveys on behalf of others, we share the analysis and report of the survey with the organisation we are working with. Again this will be clearly stated when entering your information.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information and provide a secure environment for our paper-based systems and computerised databases.
How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep any personal information that you provide to us for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which you gave us the information. We will securely delete information when it is no longer needed for that purpose. We review the data we hold annually and delete as appropriate.
