The Ideas Alliance CIC is a social enterprise aimed at promoting the benefits of collaborative, strengths-based and community driven approaches. The Ideas Alliance is a registered Community Interest Company incorporated in December 2016, company number 10517689. We are registered on the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) Register, registration number ZA718923.

We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other organisations or companies. We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.

We share information such as attendee lists to events, or survey responses with partner organisations who are working on those events or surveys with us and this will be clearly stated when entering your information.

When we conduct surveys on behalf of others, we share the analysis and report of the survey with the organisation we are working with. Again this will be clearly stated when entering your information.

We may use third party platforms and processers to manage events, conduct surveys and send newsletters. We currently use Mailchimp to manage the information provided by people who sign up for our updates on this website. You can read Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy here. We currently use SurveyMonkey to carry out surveys and have used Typeform in the past. We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information and provide a secure environment for our paper-based systems and computerised databases.

We will securely delete information when it is no longer needed for that purpose. We review the data we hold annually and delete as appropriate.
