Vicky has an extensive background in the public sector with a career spanning probation, prisons, local government, policing and health and social care, most of her career has been spent in multi-agency partnerships focussed on improving outcomes for people and communities. Highly creative and passionate about improving services and opportunities for all, Vicky has led on a number of high profile areas of work in Greater Manchester, delivering improved outcomes for complex issues through forging new partnerships, cross sector relationships and building high performing teams. A skilled facilitator, systems thinker, qualified executive coach and NLP Master Practitioner Vicky can draw on a wide range of skills and experience.
Vicky is a Director of Prime Active Communities, a C-I-C based in the North West that is focussed on community asset building through engaging young people in their communities and schools using arts and media as a vehicle. She is also a coach for Queen Bee Coaching in Greater Manchester, coaching aspiring women leaders.
When not working Vicky can usually be found on her allotment, spending precious time with her teenage son, or heading off on the moors with dog and camera!
