Joe works with organisations, teams and individuals who are going through the process of renewal. He supports them to develop new strategies, update their leadership practices, and create a culture of translating learning into action. We spend so much time and energy at work, it’s important to appreciate what we are doing. Renewal is not only possible, it can also be highly enjoyable.

Joe has a background in grassroots development, local government and for the last 20 years international development. He is trained in Theory U and Appreciative Inquiry, which are methods that identify how existing strengths can fuel new growth.

In recent years he has worked alongside : The Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict, Quakers in Britain, ,the Robert Carr Fund, Seed Global Health, Aidsfonds, WACI Health, American Friends Service Committee, HIV Justice Network, Adur and Worthing Councils.
