You may have seen this cartoon before, from Twitter and other social media. I don’t know where it originated and would love to know as it is priceless and should be credited.

How many times do we say ‘they’ need to change or ‘things’ need to change? Next time you hear yourself or someone else saying this, try asking what ‘we’ need to do differently to make the change happen.
