Mikayla is an enthusiastic number-cruncher, with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Her passion lies with empowering small business owners.
Mikayla has been employed for nine years with our Accountants Rowdens Limited who have been supporting Idea Alliance since day one. During her employment Mikayla qualified as a chartered accountant in 2015.
Working closely with us, as an outsourced financial director, Mikayla works alongside Liz to ensure that our finances are communicated effectively and are aligned with our targets.
