Kerry is co-director of A Brilliant Thing, a Community Interest Company supporting culture change in organisations, that she runs with her mum and two sisters in the UK.
They do this through coaching and consultancy, focused on strategy design, reflective practice and inclusive culture-making. They work with charities, public sector teams and purpose led businesses.
