Abby Cullen

Abby is our Operations Manager who coordinates our central team and ensures the effective running of the organisation and our multiple projects. She has over 13 years experience in Operations, based predominantly in higher education, and has also worked in training, early years and for larger corporations.

Abby has experience in policies, budgets, facilities, strategy and generally all the things that make an organisation tick. She is an organiser, communicator, loves detail and is driven by the desire to make a difference (and frequently coffee).
