Linda is an innovator, doctor and facilitator. She runs LH Alliances, a UK-based consultancy that specialises in alliancing and alliance contracting. A paediatrician by background with over 25 years’ frontline experience, she has held senior roles in Hospital Trusts, Strategic Health Authorities and the Care Quality Commission. She has facilitated and advised on numerous collaborations and alliances, focusing on relationships and trust building as well as shared values and collaborative leadership coaching.
