Dawn is an Associate of the Ideas Alliance. She brings 30 years’ experience from the UK and internationally, across a range of sectors including policing and community safety, education and training, urban development, violence and insecurity. She specialises in enabling individuals, teams, organisations and communities to perform to the best of their abilities. This involves participative evaluations, designing and delivering training programmes, strategic, organisational and team reviews plus team building and coaching.
