North London Cares and South London Cares

A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to hear a talk by Alex Smith of North London Cares and its partner organisation South London Cares at Nesta Health Lab’s The Future of People Powered Health event.

In their own words, North London Cares and South London Cares are “community networks of young professionals and older neighbours hanging out and helping one another in their rapidly changing city.”

These fantastic videos demonstrate the great work done by these organisations to tackle loneliness and isolation faced by older people and bring communities together.
