One of the Ideas Hub team recently visited Landermeads Care Home, where the staff team are valued highly. A great deal of time and resource is spent with managers, working and growing together in a safe and compassionate environment which everyone has helped to build. The difference is tangible – you can almost taste the warmth and commitment in the air. This quote from Max Frisch reflects the need for more organisations to consider their staff and culture foremost if change is really going to happen.
